Example Projects
Complete project-level examples, the three walkthroughs for a first project first and then the examples that run a workflow against real data. The walkthroughs need nothing but an installed HiNC: the machine, the spindle, the materials and the cutter come from the Resource folder it installs, and the program is printed on the page.
- Walkthrough: Build a Project from Scratch — An empty project built up from the shipped Resource and a program written in File Explorer: machine, spindle, fixture, workpiece, tool, program zero and mission, then saved
- Walkthrough: Play the Project and Read the Result — That project played: its mission, the Availability Chart, one step in detail and the messages, then the cutter given another grade and played again
- Walkthrough: Build a Cutter and Holder — The project's tool built again from nothing, node by node in the Tool House, compared with the shipped cutter and played in its place
- Dynamometer Milling Training — Train milling coefficients using Kistler dynamometer measurements on S50C material
- Cascading Controller & Sensor Data — Cascade controller and sensor data into the simulation toolpath and update milling coefficients
