Builders of the physics input fingerprints. Every builder is null-safe on every path and never throws — a half-configured tool (no fluting, a coating layer without a material, a material without curves) is hashed with null markers, so a play-time hook can never fail the play.

Fingerprints a cutting para by value — the CuttingParaHash of a workpiece carrying it; 0 when the para is null.

OfFluteAngles(IMachiningTool)

The FluteAnglesHash of OfTool(IMachiningTool) alone. It reads the tool's setup angle and one offset angle per flute and nothing else, so it is cheap enough for a per-step check — unlike OfTool(IMachiningTool), whose shaper profile and observation height are deliberately uncached computations.

OfTool(IMachiningTool)

Fingerprints the tool. Uses the fluting SOURCE (the baseline contour and track count of a UniformFluting, the contour list of a FreeFluting) rather than the cached expanded list, so a flute offset angle written straight onto the baseline contour is seen even before the cutter cache is cleared.
