Internal Use Only. What a hosted session hands the SoftNc runner at the start of an outermost run: whether a reset stands, the block the next run's seed is anchored to and whether that block's predecessor is the base, the machine coordinates by axis letter (mm and rad; null without a machine), the program cutter location, the tool in the spindle, and the spindle speed, direction and coolant mode the machine holds. The runner consumes it at its seed point and tells the session so (NoteResumeConsumed()).
