Internal Use Only. The result of Install(string, int, string): the native locker__lease_install codes one for one (the value of each member is the native code). Valid and Expired are installs – the token's grants and caps are in force from then on; every negative member is a refusal that left the previous lease, if any, in force.

Fields

BadPayload = -8

A payload field is missing, of the wrong type or out of range (the step grant sgrant is optional, and an integer of 0 to 2^31-1 when present).

BadSignature = -4

The signature does not verify under the pinned key.

Expired = 1

Installed but already expired (no seconds remaining, or exp not after iat): the grants and the caps are set all the same, so a restart with an old token still grants, and machining steps are refused until an install that reaches Valid.

KidNotPinned = -3

The token's kid names no key pinned in this core: this HiNC is too old for the licence server's key.

Malformed = -2

The token is malformed: not three base64url parts, bad base64url, or JSON that does not parse.

NoVerifier = -9

This build of the core has no lease verifier (the Linux core).

NotInLeaseMode = -1

The process is not in lease mode: Use() has not switched it.

PinExpired = -7

The token's iat is after the pinned key's not-after: this HiNC is too old for the licence server's key.

Valid = 0

Installed and valid: the token's grace runs from now.

WrongMid = -6

The token's mid is not this device's (both decoded to 32 bytes and compared).

WrongType = -5

The token's typ is not hinc-lease+jwt.
