GetInitStickConvex()

A share of the stick convex (see InitStickConvex), which the caller owns and gives back with Dispose() (a using; the subtraction keeps it on its GeomBoolCache, which gives it back when the step is done); null when there is none. Every call is one share of the same native object; the native object is freed when the profile has cleared its cache and every share is given back.
