Holder Branch

The Holder node of a tool's Control Tree on the Tool House page, and the nodes it grows. The node is toolhouse/tool-{toolId}/holder, reached at /tool-house/:toolId/holder, and every node below it at /tool-house/:toolId/holder/<node path>. The Holder node's own panel chooses the holder type and holds the holder's Name and Note; the type chosen decides which nodes grow below it, and each type carries its own geometry and resolution.
