Cutter Branch

The Cutter node of a tool's Control Tree on the Tool House page, and the nodes it grows. The node is toolhouse/tool-{toolId}/cutter, reached at /tool-house/<toolId>/cutter, and every node below it at /tool-house/<toolId>/cutter/<node path>. The Cutter node's own panel chooses the cutter type and, for a Milling Cutter, holds the cutter's General fields; the type chosen decides which nodes grow below it.

Ordered with the Cutter node's own panel first, then one page per cutter type, then the APT profile editor the Flute Profile node renders.
