CSV extension semantic: emits ActData from the residual CsvRow columns — every column no RowTo*Syntax removed (they claim the tool id, spindle, feedrate, coolant, time, csscript and the six machine-coordinate axes, Hi.Numerical.CsvParsers.CsvRunnerConfig.GetCommandColumnTitles()), so a cutter-location column (the CutterLocationPrefix ones) is residual too — except a column named like a built-in step property (a PresentAttribute key, or anything under the reserved MC. prefix, a machine-coordinate column beyond the six axes included): the built-in reads the step's own value, so that column is not carried (MappedStepColumns; the title row reports it once). A caller-supplied ParsingDictionary entry is applied to its column's raw text; the rest pass through as their pre-typed number / bool / string. Carries arbitrary recorded channels (sensor columns, controller channels; a FileNo / LineNo column is a built-in name and is not carried) onto the step: it runs ahead of the row's motion, so the data is pending when the row's first step is built and rides that step with the row's time stamp (a list saved in the older, motion-first order is reordered when it loads).

Remarks

For the demand of easy moving source folder (especially project folder) without configuration file path corruption, the relative file path is applied. The baseDirectory is typically the folder at the nearest configuration file folder. Since the folder can be moving with the configuration file.
