Class SetupAngleOnlineRequest

What one online setup-angle estimation samples, reads and does — the argument of ArmSetupAngleEstimation(SetupAngleOnlineRequest, IProgress<IMessage>) and EstimateSetupAngleByFirstContact(SetupAngleOnlineRequest, int, IProgress<IMessage>, CancellationToken).

Properties
ApplyToTool
Apply the estimate to the tool and recompute the finished steps. The gate (GetApplyRefusal(SetupAngleEstimate, double)) still refuses a low-contrast, widely scattered or mirror-preferred estimate, a one- or two-flute estimate one of whose transverse channels folded to almost nothing (a dead bridge the data cannot tell from a quiet live channel), and a one- or two-flute estimate on one channel (the scale pinned, to 1 or to the ratio Mz measures) while two mirrored angles fit, which the data cannot choose between; a unique angle passes to the other checks.
public bool ApplyToTool { get; init; }
Property Value
ContactSeconds
Contact time to sample: the tool's touched steps from its first cut until their durations sum to this (see FirstContactWindow).
public double ContactSeconds { get; init; }
Property Value
CycleSamplingMode
How much of the recording each step is paired with; one spindle revolution by default (the identity the estimate rests on is per turn).
public StepTimeShotUtil.CycleSamplingMode CycleSamplingMode { get; init; }
Property Value
DstRelFile
Optional JSON report (relative to the project base directory).
public string DstRelFile { get; init; }
Property Value
KnownPara
The known cutting parameter; null uses the workpiece's.
public ICuttingPara KnownPara { get; init; }
Property Value
MaxScatterToApply_deg
Largest per-step angle scatter the gate lets through; default MaxScatterToApply_deg at request time.
public double MaxScatterToApply_deg { get; init; }
Property Value
OutlierRatio
Fraction of the worst-fitting steps trimmed before the final estimate.
public double OutlierRatio { get; init; }
Property Value
SampleFlags
Channels to use: Mx, My or both are the transverse channels the angle is read from (one
alone suits a cutter with three or more flutes; on a one- or two-flute cutter one is read
with the scale pinned, to 1 or to the ratio Mz measures, and gives two mirrored angles, which the gate never applies
by itself – a unique angle passes to its other checks); Mz, when selected, sharpens the per-step
phase and the scale. Virtual (the default) names none and means
the moment channels the estimated tool declares its holder has
(ObservationChannels, resolved per tool once the window has
named it); a channel named here that the tool does not declare is refused
(Sample-Channel–NotObserved), never dropped.
public SampleFlag SampleFlags { get; init; }
Property Value
ShotRelFile
The holder recording, relative to the project base directory: the CSV played (controller and holder columns in one file) or a shot file written beside it. Re-read at every estimation, so a file still being written is seen up to date.
public string ShotRelFile { get; init; }
Property Value
ToolId
Tool-house id of the cutter to estimate; a negative value means the first tool that touches the workpiece after the arm (the mounted tool when armed mid-play).
public int ToolId { get; init; }
Property Value
