Fields

Completed = 0: The file is completed, with its finish.wct and the hash of it.
CompletedWithoutWct = 1: The file is completed; the finish.wct could not be written (no meshed geometry, or the write failed), so the file names none.
Empty = 2: Nothing was recorded: no file and no folder were created.
Failed = 4: The storage had failed during the recording, its writer did not finish in time, or the completion failed before the counts were written: the file is left incomplete, an orphan DeleteOrphanNcResults deletes (one whose file could not be read afterwards is left as it is).
NotFinalized = 3: The records and the counts are in the file but its completion was refused at its checkpoint or its switch out of WAL (another connection held the file, on the tries again a moment later too): the file is left not completed; DeleteOrphanNcResults completes it once no other program holds it.
